The Adoration Chapel is a specially designed Chapel in the basement of the Church, where Perpetual Adoration is ongoning 24 hours a day. Individuals sign up for a minimum of 1 hour per week for the purpse of prayer, solitude, adoration or just enjoying an hour alone with God.
Coordination of small faith sharing groups in the parish...with 6 sessions in the fall and 6 sessions during Lent. This Visitation Group meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 9:30 AM in the Marian Room in Church. They go in groups of two to visit those who are homebound and unable to come to chruch and those who have had a recent death in their family. All are invited to join.

At St. Rose Parish, the duties of the Finance Committee are taken on by the Parish Council. Melody Bourisaw, a member of the Parish Council is the current Chairmand of the Finance Committee. St. Rose School's Home & School Association is a group of Parishioners formed to assist the School in its program of providing adequate facilities for physical, social and moral development of our students. A Cathlic Fraternal Organization whose virtues are "Charity, Unity and Fraternity." Dedicated to promoting and supporting various activites fo the Chruch, this group stays closely involved. Allied with them is their Ladies Auxiliary, who support and assist in their work. The Columbia Anns also prepare the funeral dinners for parish families. The purpose of this parish-based Couple-To-Couple program is to help prepare the engaged couple for living the Sacrament of Matrimony. the engaged couple meets with a trained married couple for 5 sessions at St. Rose. The program concentrates on the many aspects of their relationship, with the married couple sharing areas of their marriage with the engaged couple. Hoping to demonstrate to the engaged couple that we as a Church are interested in them and their love for one another is important to us. Saint Rose's Parish Council meets monthly to advise the Pastor and to discuss parish matters. Nine Parishioners serve on the Council. Three are chosen each fall by lottery and serve a three-year term.
Religion classes for parish children, who do not attend Catholic schools are held every Sunday morning during the school year; Grades K through 8, 10:00 - 10:50 AM. A program designed for adults interested in learning more about the Catholic Church. The program starts in September, ending at the Easter Vigil Service when those wishing to become Catholic are baptized or received into the Church. The program covers basic Catholic beliefs (about the Bible, Church Laws, Commandments, Sacraments, Creed, Saints, Church History and What it means to be Catholic) and is presented by Priests, Deacons, and lay persons. A group of St. Rose Mothers began this annual fund-raising even several years ago. It has become such a success, raising over $2,000,000.00 for our Parish School to date. This Dinner Auciton is held annually on the 1st Saturday of March at the K.C. Hall. Parish participation is much of the Auction's success. Our St. Rose Annual Picnic, held the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, is our largest socail activity and annual fund-raiser. This is a major event for our parish and requries a lot of time and hard work to accomplish. Proceeds from the Picnic fund our Parish Maintenance Fund. Members of the parish that provide assistance to those within the parish boundaries who request help. Each year they sponsor the Annual Food Drive. The school board is an advisory group of parents and parishioners that establishes the philosophy and sets goals for educational programs in the school. The members are elected by school families and serve two year terms.
